Description: Need vitality, joy and stress relief? Join yoga instructor Susan DeHart for a hike to the top of Mt. Pisgah. Enjoy the beautiful views while practicing yoga on the summit. In keeping with the spirit of friendship day, this yoga class will be fun, informal and accessible to all levels. The hike to the top is moderately difficult with a 1,000 feet of elevation gain, so be ready to challenge yourself! Bring a mat or towel and water bottle.
